Keto Cereal Recipe – Breakfast Cinnamon Crunch – Sugar Free & Gluten Free!

Do you miss the crunch of cereal? Our Keto Cereal recipe doesn’t go soggy, it’s one easy breakfast that you don’t need to get up earlier to cook.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/3 cup Pepitas
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon ground
  • 1/3 cup Erythritol
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160C/320F.
  2. In a bowl mix together all ingredients until very well combined.
  3. Spread evenly over a lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning. Remove from the oven when the ingredients are golden brown and toasted.
  5. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
