All you need is three ingredients and a few minutes and you’ve got yourself a batch of delicious Chocolate 3 Ingredient Pancakes! Gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and paleo.
Valentine’s Day may be over but that in no way means that so is my love for all things chocolate.
Prepare yourselves, friends – I’ve got some yummy stuff headed your way this week 🙂
Up first though are these crazy simple yet incredibly delicious Chocolate 3 Ingredient Pancakes. You’ve heard of the 3 ingredient pancakes, right? What? You haven’t? Well then, let me introduce you to your newest favorite recipe 😉
I’ve been on a sort of pancake kick lately. First there were those incredibly fluffy Paleo Blueberry Pancakes. Then I re-fell in love with the Cake Batter Pancakes that I made last year. And now these Chocolate 3 Ingredient Pancakes pretty much own my soul.
For someone who typically prefers waffles, I sure am eating a ton of pancakes!
But when there is literally just a few ingredients needed, can you blame me? Also – chocolate. Enough said.
And friends, it was love at first bite.
I now make these pancakes a few times a week – sometimes to eat after a workout and sometimes to eat before one. They are super simple to toss together, free of any and all grains and gluten, contain no dairy and require one bowl and less than 10 minutes.
Oh and they’re chocolate. I guess I should’ve led with that 😉
